Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Perissa

This was our second trip to Santorini and we had a perfect stay! Alekos and Markos were great hosts and very responsive. Markos helped bring our bags down to the unit, showed me where to park, and even carried them back up when we checked out. Picturesque view in a peaceful corner of Oia right at the beginning of the main strip, so your a 5 min walk to all restaurants without feeling overwhelmed with the cruise crowds that pour in and out of the town daily. They have remodeled the bedroom and there was more than enough space for our two large checked bags to be unpacked and stored leaving room for a sitting area and even my yoga mat. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

This place was great to stay at. They were very responsive and friendly during our stay. The suites are very private and a short walk to the local town with great restaurants and shops.

Everything was perfect

It was so nice to return to a quiet place after the busyness of the cities. There were no direct neighbors and quiet night. Our host was so kind and easy to work with. The pool and outside furnishings were amazing and the BBQ was clean.

This little gem was amazing! Set up as two separate apartments on 2 floors, the privacy and space was great for 2 single travelers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after being on our feet all day. The location couldn't be better - The town of Pyrgos is not bustling with non-stop tourists. We were able to take photos with no one in them, and really enjoy the views. We took the bus up to Ois for a day trip and were shocked with how many people were there (many from the cruise lines that let off hoards of folks.) Although it was a great place to visit, we were so happy to get back to our quieter town which has amazing views, good restaurants and is centrally located to visit beaches and other sites. This was a perfect choice for us!

This was a great Airbnb stay. The hot tub was a standout feature. It was clean, warm, and a perfect way to relax. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the bus station just a short walk away. It offers easy access to the entire island. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santorini. We also used the driver Giannis recommended when we arrived to get to the place from the ferry, and this was very convenient as well.

Staying by Anastasia’s place was a dream! We had a fantastic stay. The place is exclusive and quiet, beautifully decorated, great amenities and the views are absolutely stunning from this part of the island. Anastasia was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed, from booking rides and trips to local tips. The hot tub was private and a perfect way to relax at the end of day. Highly recommend staying here if you want to have the perfect vacation in Santorini.

We are a family of 5 (kids are young adults) and our priorities were a central location and clean home. This home met those criteria and the view was spectacular. The home is very clean and located in the heart of the busy area where people flock to see the sunset so it can be super busy during the morning and evening hours but we knew this when we booked the home. Oia is quiet at night so I now see why people suggest Fira if you want nightlife but we loved the quiet vibe. There is information in the home of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bus stop is a few minutes away and the bus system is very easy to navigate. The locals are warm, friendly, and helpful (even a taxi driver trying to get us to ride with him instead of the bus, helped us navigate an area on the island). Loukia and Philip arranged our transfers in and out, including someone to carry our luggage as the drop-off is a few minutes walk through small cobblestone alleys with stairs.

Loakeim was there to meet us on arrival. Went through everything we needed to know about the house and the island and basically couldn’t do enough for us. The house has everything you need, matched the description and photos perfectly and the fridge was stocked up with fresh produce to get us going until we visited the shops. This property is a very nice place if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is clear to see that this property is Loakeim’s passion and we had a great time. The whole experience is exactly what all Airbnb experiences should be 10/10.

First of all, the location is perfect. The villas are a minute’s walk away from the local supermarket and coffee shop and around 10 minutes to the beach and the strip of endless bars and restaurants. This was perfect for us as we were close enough to everything but far enough away that the villas were a peaceful and quiet escape from the busy tourist areas. The villas themselves are equipped with everything you need. They were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Outside has a lovely pool which we made the most of during our stay! Moving onto the host, he is absolutely fantastic! The best air bnb host we have ever had! He was so helpful and attentive to anything we needed and the breakfast he provided every morning was absolutely delicious! Compared to the cost of novelty hotels and resorts on Santorini, getting a Villa like this was the move! it is on the southwestern tip of the island, but with a car everything was within a 20-45min drive. Was half the price of getting 2 hotel rooms in Fira or Oia, and you get a giant villa! infinity pool was awesome. stayed warm surprisingly. there are actually TWO hot tubs that the pictures actually undersell and don't do justice. they are like inground mini pools with benches. Only probably 90-94degrees though. but still comfortable to sit in at night and stare and the stars and the lights shimmering from rest of island. the sunset and views here are 💯! really close to black sand beach (17min drive), red beach not far, and white beach (15-20min). breakfast delivered every morning is really good and fresh. bathrooms and showers plentiful. Only downside is how the upstairs area and location on island turns the upstairs terrace into a wind tunnel. but all islands get windy!
