Monthly Rentals in Perico Island

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! It was a quick 5 min drive to Manatee Beach and the grocery store on Anna Maria Island! We will stay again!

The home is well situated between the Bradenton mainland and Anna Maria Island. Nicely appointed. Bonus that you can walk to the Robinson Preserve.

Love it! Everything about this place was perfect specially the location. The condo was sparkling clean. Not equipment with small/common kitchen goods like coffee or salt and pepper which I was very surprised but still loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Josh and Christina's vacation rental. We stayed with our five year-old and he loved it just as much as we did. Everything felt like home / was clean. We all slept very well / it was quiet and comfortable. The pool/park was an added amenity that we really appreciated for our son. It was close enough to Anna Maria Beach and just a quick car ride to the grocery store. The kitchen had everything you need to cook! The washer/dryer was so great to have. The furnishings/design of their place was also very beautiful. We'd love to stay here again! Our family really had a nice time.
