Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Everything about this place and our host was top notch! Short walk to a stunning beach, shopping and restaurants. Decor was beautiful, felt private outside and by the pool, very clean and Jen was an amazing host; quick to respond and recommend the best places to visit. I highly recommend renting from Jen. We are already looking forward to staying here next year.

My wife and I stayed at the Perico Bay Club villa owned by Emily for the month of March, and we greatly enjoyed everything about this rental. Emily was always very friendly, responsive and proactive whenever we reached out to her. The villa itself was immaculate and perfect for our needs. The location is great, and it was always easy to drive the two miles to AMI or to drive the other direction to Bradenton, Sarasota, etc. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾
