Beach condo holiday rentals in Perdido Key

Our experience at Jonathan's place was truly memorable, and it's something my friends and I will cherish. The property offers a wide range of amenities that both adults and children can enjoy. Our kids had a fantastic time, which made the stay well worth the price. Overall, it’s a great option for families looking to have fun and relax together. Windrift was familiar to us as my parents owned a condo there years ago. The location is great, as the public beach is on one side so it’s not as crowded as some of the high rises. We were on the second floor, the balcony is spacious with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. Kelly promptly answered any questions & suggestions. I would recommend the condo & with children, it’s a short walk to the beach & pool. We had a lovely time🥰

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

This is a great place! Easy beach access, right next to Florabama and a great pool. The 2nd floor is great. You can park right on the same level to unload. We never had any issues with pool noise, and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again!

Condo was super well stocked with amenities — beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, it had it all. Lots of spices available in the kitchen, any dish you may need, both a keurig and coffee pot, games, etc. It made our stay so comfortable and easy. Laura was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you for the great vacation!

Lisa, our host, was exceptional! She was super friendly and was on top of EVERYthing. The condo was beautiful and felt very homey. I love that they have the balcony facing the beach and it’s a private beach at that! I would highly recommend vacationing here and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay—conveniently located near everything you might want to visit in the area.

This place not only our expectations but went above and beyond! The balcony was huge and had two fans allowed us to enjoy the sounds and view of the waves endlessly. There were lots of board games to play and books to read if we wanted. The two bedrooms were large allowing you to feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need to make all meals for anytime of the day. We made breakfast everyday and enjoyed it on the balcony. Two options of drip coffee and keurig were super convenient. We had two cars and the parking lot was always easy to find a spot. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and toys in the closet available to use. The walk way to the beach was a ramp with no steps. There is a service where you can rent chairs/umbrellas, if you wanted. We went down to the beach around lunch time with no crowd to fight. The famous Flora-Bama was easy walking to by either sidewalk or by beach about 15-20 minutes away. Perfect place for two couples or family of 4.

Great place to stay. Private and quiet the place was nice and clean and easy to find. Close to the beach and the pool was right around the corner. The extra activities that was offered was great especally the golfing choices and family fun was amazing for my family.

Denise and Brad were great hosts! Their place was peaceful, quiet, and cozy. It was walking distance from the beach and they had provided chairs and umbrellas as well to take with you. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Mike is a great host, if we have a problem and he tries to get it fixed. They have a lot of amenities for cooking and baking. The two spare rooms had fresh new bedspreads on them, even though I didn't use those rooms it was nice to see. It was freshly painted and the deck had new fencing on the railing so my animals could go out anytime. I stayed last winter for the first time, went back again and will again next year. I could listen to the beach year round.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront, pet-friendly condo in Orange Beach! The hosts were wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The condo was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. The beds were super comfy, and the views? Absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean never got old. A huge perk was the private outdoor beach closet just for this unit—such a lovely touch! It was fully stocked with great beach chairs and several high-quality umbrellas, which made our beach days easy and enjoyable. Another unexpected bonus was the amazing laundry room. It had extra detergents, plenty of beach towels, and even extra bath towels—all the thoughtful little details that made us feel right at home. The location is also unbeatable. We walked to The Coastal for dinner, took a quick 5-minute Uber to SanRoc Cay Marina and Flora-Bama, and had two grocery stores right across the street.

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

Wes was a great host - the space and area was beautiful and as described. Only thing was the provided beach umbrella was broken so we ended up having to figure something else out - luckily there’s tons of stores including an awesome Walmart neighborhood market close by! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Very big, and each room has its own bathroom! Very clean, not cluttered at all. Leah had everything you could possibly need already there, including seasonings for cooking as well as beach accessories and toys. The view was beautiful, the location is very peaceful! Leah is very accommodating and quick to respond with whatever you need. This was my first time booking an AirBnB and Leah made the experience a 10/10.

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful place. Jay and Andrea were very friendly and accommodating. This spot is perfect for a family or friends looking for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive to us, the place was great! Just like the pictures. We enjoyed every aspect ranging from 7 years old to 63 years old. We loved the amenities like pickleball and loved being so close to the beach.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and beautiful location. It was difficult, but not impossible to cross the road to get on the beach. Don’t really plan to cook outdoors as the grills at the location are not clean and pretty rusty. There was also a grill on the balcony (electric) but it was filthy. This is small but only 2 pods were left for washing dishes for 5 days and this seemed off. Of course I understand that you wouldn’t leave a whole box of pods, but if you instruct your guests to load the dishwasher and start it before they leave you should leave the pods. The cooktop In the kitchen also beeps randomly and takes a while to stop beeping.

We had the best time at Audrey and Eric’s condo. It was extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. It was very roomy even with 5 people in the condo. The view from the balcony is one of the best views we’ve had while staying in Orange Beach. We will definitely be back to stay here again!
