Holiday rentals with a patio in Péone

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence et ce lieu merveilleux qu'est Roquebrune Cap Martin. L'appartement est parfaitement agencé et bien entretenu. Le jardin qui l'entoure est un vrai plus. À la piscine on jouit d'un cadre privilégié et tranquille.

Sandrine is a very dedicated and professional host. We loved this small apartment. Good for one or two nights as for four people it would feel too small for longer period. Perfect for weekend stay. Easy parking and great location.

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect—right on the edge of Old Town Antibes and walking distance to the beaches. The view from the lower deck overlooks the marina and ocean, and the upper deck with the jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Spent the weekend. Perfect spot in the heart of all the action. Walk out front of door to toms of restaurants and 1 block to the beach. In spite of the crowds below which you can watch from the balcony with a glass of rose, you couldn’t hear much of anything once inside. Also, extremely grateful for the nice and cold AC. That was a life saver. House was small but perfect for the two of us. Super clean and well organized. The communication was excellent as well. We would stay again if we come back.

Sehr gutes Appartement. Ausstattung modern und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr sauber und neuwertig. Alles da was man braucht (inkl. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine- sogar ein Willkommensgruß mit Wein und Kaffee war vorhanden.) Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, toller Pool. Zentrum von Vence mit seinen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ausflüge an die Städte der Côte d‘Azur mit dem Auto sehr gut möglich. Kommunikation mit William/Ruth top. Es gab keine Probleme- insgesamt klare Empfehlung! Es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Danke an die Gastgeber -wir würden wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Wir können die Unterkunft von Elisabeth und Clinton nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Größe ausreichend. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und sprechen eine ganz klare Empfehlung aus! Danke nochmal.

Impeccable séjour passé chez Sandra. Le logement était agréable, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits sans devoir faire trop de kilomètres. Sandra était disponible quand il le fallait et nous a bien conseillé.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung erfüllt alle Wünsche! Sowohl allerhand an Küchenutensilien, als auch ausreichend Handtücher und zudem ein Holzofen, der auch in kälteren Nächten das ganze Zimmer erwärmt, waren vorhanden. Auf der privaten Terrasse, konnte man die Nächte sehr schön in der idyllischen Umgebung ausklingen lassen. Die Gastgeber, Hélène und Jean Marie, waren überaus freundlich und herzlich. Wir wurden beim Check-in warm empfangen. Und auch die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, da wir Hélène jederzeit erreichen konnten. Sie gaben uns zusätzlich viele hilfreiche Tipps, für unsere Wanderungen in der schönen Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen! ☺️

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊
