Very cozy luxury apartment of 45 m2 with 2 real bedrooms, hotel quality bedding in the heart of the resort and 5 minutes from the slopes. Very nicely equipped and located facing south, it is bathed in sunlight with the possibility of lunch on the terrace when the weather is nice, including in winter. On the 3rd floor with elevator and mountain views. Parking is available for free in front of or near the building (unreserved spaces). Bay windows with double glazing and electric blinds.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin in the middle of the trees, in a cool and quiet location between my house and a caravan on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

Valberg being my favorite resort, as a mother of 2 children, I bought this apartment to introduce my daughters to the pleasure of the mountain with nature sports in summer and skiing and sledding in winter. Lucky to have a pied-à-terre in this resort with family and ecological values, I make it available in the hope of making many families dream too. This apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is regularly improved for maximum comfort.
