Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pentwater Township

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful first getaway at Sarah’s place. The property was peaceful, private, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We had a great time visiting Na-Tah-Ka, exploring Ludington, the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, and more — but some of our favorite moments were just spent enjoying the quiet beauty of the property itself. We’ll definitely be back to soak in the tranquility and natural surroundings again. Sarah was a kind and responsive host, and her place is absolutely worth the stay. 🌲

Great place when in pentwater, especially if you have kids. Bonus right next to library with lots of toys. Recommended for all

We had a great time at Kelly’s Lake Michigan home. Beautiful view from the back deck great for watching sunsets. We brought our pup and she had a blast lounging by the fire place. Kelly even provided dog waste bags and food and water bowls. Our 2 year old nephew was also excited to find children’s books and toys to play with. One of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens I have experienced in a while allowed us to good up family dinners without having to drive into town to eat. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Silver Lake!

If I could give this stay 6 stars I would!!! The most peaceful, idyllic atmosphere so close to everything you’d want to do at Silver Lake. Kathleen is absolutely SUPERhost status and even saved the day by providing some warm clothes when we came unprepared for the cooler weather we encountered. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This property was everything and more!! We had a group of 10 and it fit everyone comfortably. Our group stayed for the Gus Macker tournament in Ludington and hope to stay at this property every year from now on as a tradition we loved it so much! The drive to Ludington was only 20 minutes. The drive to downtown Pentwater was less than 5 minutes and it was such a cute area we walked around shopping, getting ice cream & going to market at. The property itself, though, was our favorite place to be! Right on the water with an option to dock a boat there. We will definitely bring our boat next year. We caught tons of fish off the dock while others in our group roasted smores over the fire on the water. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far!!

Really lovely place! Spent a weekend here with some friends from college, and we barely had to leave once we were there. Nice little lawn overlooking the lake with kayaks and other things available to use. The cottage itself was roomy enough for 5 women to hang out without feeling overcrowded, and it was fun to see the photos of Katrina’s family spending time at the cottage in the past 😁

The Airbnb was beyond expectation. Absolutely stunning and a picture perfect location. This will be our go-to location whenever in the area. Thank you, Barry!

Joe is super friendly, easy to talk to, and got me on a bicycle for the first time in 20 years. Everything about my stay was better than I expected. I love this place!

Great lodging option in an area where there aren’t a ton of lodging options… Perfect for anglers fishing in and around the Baldwin, MI area. Clean, cozy, newly renovated, and setup very nicely for fishermen.

The unit has everything you will need. There’s definitely thought put into the set up for the guest. My 16 year old son liked that she put a bag of popcorn out with a couple candies. He said the temp was great and he liked how she has an extra charger block there.

Such an amazing place to stay! It was perfect for my wedding weekend. The hosts were responsive and provided everything you may need for your travels. Appreciated that there was a spot in a lot nearby included, and street parking was ample.

Had an amazing stay! Place was really comfortable and cozy. Very well presented and enjoyed the fun decor. A very vintage look which we loved. Felt like a home.

Bob is a great host! This was our 3rd year staying at the Book Mark, we will be back next year for our annual fall get away!! The coffee & smoothies are fabulous, the baristas are so nice and helpful, the 10% discount on items in the bookstore is a great benefit and we try to take advantage of it each time we stay! The best place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thanks Bob & staff!!

The place was nice enough and walking distance to downtown and the harbor. Easy access via vehicle to nearby places. The floor/carpet was falling apart in a few places but nothing serious. The walls are a bit thin, so you may want to bring earplugs if the neighbors are loud.

Lisa's place was clean and in the perfect location.

We stayed with another couple at these lofts and had a great time. The bedrooms back up against each other but we could hear each other while in the rooms. The living space is echo-y but that didn’t bother us. Everything else was comfortable and clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful stay! We loved the privacy and comfort here, the ease of access to interstate and everywhere we wanted to explore. Very clean and calm! Appreciated the intentional touches - coffee, laundry pods, bug spray (mosquitoes were brutal one night). Covered parking spot was nice, great communication and availability/flexibility from host. Great, peaceful stay, we would return! Only tip for future guests is to bring an eye mask for sleeping, bedroom is a bit bright from outdoor lights.

First of all Diane was extremely friendly, and very responsive. I had a slight problem with the TV and she responded immediately and between the two of us it was quickly resolved. This place was rustic, but very charming.
