Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

There is a second story porch where you can relax and watch the boats float by, and the lower level offers a large screened in porch, as well as a deck, grilling area with grill, and large firepit. Indoors offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 private bedrooms and two full baths. The place is surrounded by summer fun!
