On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
