Very nice house, tastefully decorated in a quiet and relaxing environment. Matthias is responsive and did everything for our comfort and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this rental, thank you Matthias!

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We stayed at Elena's place one night. Very welcoming and discreet hostess. The house is quiet and very pleasant. Nothing to say, it was perfect.

We loved our week at Patricia's place. The house is just extraordinary, hard to be more quiet. It's even more spectacular than pictured, we don't realize the size and beauty of the space. Patricia and her husband were kind as rare to find today. I recommend it blindly and even hope to be able to return one day.

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

Original apartment with brick vaults where you can feel good, albeit a little dark, but probably cool in summer. Quiet despite its location in the city center, very convenient for visiting everything on foot. Pascale had some food available for our arrival. Good bedding, large walk-in shower. Only small downside when you come by car, the difficulty of finding a place in the free parking below.

Clean, spacious accommodation with air conditioning and terrace, a staircase leads to the landing of the accommodation. A large private car park with a shaded area is available but access can be a little difficult if you have a large and bulky vehicle. Rather quiet accommodation, close to the city centre. Flexible check-in via a lockbox, responsive and welcoming host

From the beginning of our stay until the end Solange could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed & more. It was comfortable, bright, airy & extremely clean. It was ideally situated within easy walking distance to the town but yet very quiet. We took our bikes and there was easy access to the cycle tracks making it easy to get around and explore the area. We were given use of the very pretty garden with sun loungers to soak up the sun & there was even space to store our bikes. We would without hesitation book to stay with Solange again and cannot recommend her as a super host & her apartment highly enough.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colours, organisation of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city centre is particularly pleasant for enjoying the city and getting around on foot. The apartment has double glazing, which is sometimes necessary when there is musical entertainment nearby, and, with the shutters, ensures a pleasant coolness in the apartment in the event of high temperatures. The terrace is a real complement for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of your stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

We stayed one night at Philippe's for a wedding and it was great!

Small apartment ideal for a couple or a single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city centre, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were not there in July or August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). With the exception of this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.
