Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

This 4-person cottage is the perfect place to unwind and find peace and quiet in the French countryside. Le Tonneau is set in one of the wings of an old chateau and is nice and spacious, 70m². The cottage is ideal for a family with 2 kids, has 2 bedrooms - one king size and two twins. The kids can run around freely without any fear of cars. The pool is fenced off to protect the younger ones from falling in. Come and enjoy the space, greenery, starts and the sound of the birds again.

The cottage is located on four hectares of quiet land in the Lot department, just 3 km from Lake Saint-Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq in Quercy Blanc. You will be able to discover many hiking trails and the above-ground pool to relax and enjoy your stay. Our discreet presence on the premises guarantees that we are always available to listen to you. You will have access to the shared spa for a minimum booking of 2 nights from October to 30 April.

This Artisan town has heaps of beauty and history to explore, everyone must visit. It has an amazing Basilica situated at the very top offering the best views you could imagine. Penne d'Agenais has been voted a most beautiful village in France and boasts several authentic restaurants, including one with Vegetarian menu options.

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
