Fabulous place in amazing surroundings. The pool area is wonderful and the garden beautiful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the entire place - especially the outdoor pizza oven. Nicola was very helpful and fast in his responses.

We spent two weeks at Rolando and Patrizia's with our two one-year-old and three-year-old children. The place is absolutely beautiful with a sublime view. They had a lot of little touches for our children throughout the stay. It was always a pleasure to chat with them. Accommodating, very considerate. The kids were always happy to see them. As for the house, it is very nice and easy to live in. The two terraces are a real plus. And again the views filled us throughout our stay.

Great stay in beautiful house in beautiful house.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

We had a very nice vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated, and the hosts were very dedicated and friendly. We would recommend this place at any time!

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

Very clean room and bathroom (there is also a cleaning service every two days!). The room is spacious and very well organised in the spaces. Wonderful location on the canal port with two bicycles available to go to the beach: beautiful. Marina, who welcomed us at check-in, was very helpful and even made us a second pair of keys at our request. Thank you very much, everything was perfect!

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. We loved staying at Michela's place! It is situated in such a beautiful and peaceful area. Michela was very accommodating and friendly. The family set up a tramp at the end for my kid's, and they absolutely loved it. They had some fun toys we played with as well. The home is pretty far from any main sites, and we drove a little more than we were planning, but if you're looking for a beautiful retreat away from it all, this is the place!

Great host, great place to stay

The house was nothing short of fantastic! In the house, everything is studied with precision and in the smallest detail, 1 min walk from the centre of Cattolica with all the comforts and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Remini. Grazia's apartment was very clean and modern. Communication was very easy and fast. The location could not be better - beautiful and quiet but so close to grocery/market and local attractions. Beautiful evenings could be spent at the quiet outdoor patio restaurant across the cobble street overlooking the bridge. Thank you Grazia!

The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our stay was pretty short (2 nights only), but we loved it a lot and will definitely be back in the future. The house is on a beautiful ground with lots of vegetation and is handled by a caring owner. Inside it looked clean and everything needed was available. Can only recommend!
