Fabulous place in amazing surroundings. The pool area is wonderful and the garden beautiful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the entire place - especially the outdoor pizza oven. Nicola was very helpful and fast in his responses.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We spent two weeks at Rolando and Patrizia's with our two one-year-old and three-year-old children. The place is absolutely beautiful with a sublime view. They had a lot of little touches for our children throughout the stay. It was always a pleasure to chat with them. Accommodating, very considerate. The kids were always happy to see them. As for the house, it is very nice and easy to live in. The two terraces are a real plus. And again the views filled us throughout our stay.

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for 4 days at Casale Santo Stefano and the structure turned out to be perfectly in line with the description. Host Massimiliano and his mom were very helpful. I recommend Casale Santo Stefano to everyone

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of 2 June. The house is very beautiful, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. Poppi is the most beautiful place and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We feel very lucky to have found such a great place to stay in such a lovely apartment.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Very nice apartment in the middle of the olive groves. The view is gigantic. In the evening, mosquitoes came out, but this is due to the great location in nature. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city centre by car, public transport is too far away. Our hosts were always able to help us directly and give us good tips. A great place to stay that we can recommend.

What a beautiful place! We spend 10 days here and we loved it. The weather was hot, so we spend our time manly outside on the beautiful terrace which has an amazing view. The inside is basic, but has everything you need. It is like spending time at Nonna's .There is plenty of hiking straight from the door. Climbing, canyoning and swimming in the river near by is also at your doorstep. If you are an outdoor lover as we are this place and surroundings are heaven. The owners are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. Thank you our holiday was perfect.

The house was nothing short of fantastic! In the house, everything is studied with precision and in the smallest detail, 1 min walk from the centre of Cattolica with all the comforts and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

We had a very comfortable, relaxed and peaceful time at the cottage. Claudia is great, made us feel right at home and gave some advice for sightseeing in the neighbourhood.

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

We stayed two nights in this pleasant room, complete with everything and cosy. Very nice and bright bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Literally a stone's throw from the beautiful Porto Canale, which allows you to not use the car because the area offers excellent restaurants. The beach is a 20-minute walk away.

We loved staying at Michela's place! It is situated in such a beautiful and peaceful area. Michela was very accommodating and friendly. The family set up a tramp at the end for my kid's, and they absolutely loved it. They had some fun toys we played with as well. The home is pretty far from any main sites, and we drove a little more than we were planning, but if you're looking for a beautiful retreat away from it all, this is the place!
