Quirky, fun space in a tiny, traditional Welsh barn, with thick stone walls and a dinky Welsh woodstove (logs provided). Perfect for sea swimmers, walkers, seal spotters, bird watchers and beach goers. Cycles and surf boards to borrow, at your risk. Walk a mile to the coast path for spectacular sea views, cycle/drive 10 minutes to St Davids or Whitesandsbeach, 15 to the Blue Lagoon. We supply bread, butter, eggs, milk, coffee, tea and sugar for your first breakfast. Sadly we cannot host dogs.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Just a short 2 minute walk from the local historical town of Pembroke, home to Pembroke Castle with many of Pembrokeshire’s famous coastal path walks and finest beaches such as Tenby and Saundersfoot a short car or train ride away. In addition the charming seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot are only a 20 minute drive making Driftaway Cottage the perfect base to explore all Pembrokeshire has to offer.
