The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, the main building has an access from the outside to the additional room upstairs, with two beds as well as armchairs and a small fridge for two. There is also an outdoor sauna and a glazed barbecue hut in the yard. A jetty on the beach.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Villa Lumia has a sauna, a hut, a fireplace, and more for you to enjoy. You can also rent the hot tub for an extra cost. Distance to Sweden is 1 km and Rovaniemi is 1 hour away. Pello has great ski trails, a ski center, and a great fishing river in the summer. You can now also rent snow shoes from us.
