Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in Finnish Lapland in the peaceful village of Kaukosen, close to nature in Kittilä. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the destination is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Vieraamme ovat nauttineet puulämmitteisestä saunasta ja uimisesta, subbailusta ja järvellä veneellä soutelusta. Rannassa myös oma laavu, jossa voit illalla tulistella ja ihailla upeaa aurigonlaskua ja valmistaa vaikkapa i ruokaa.

Both are family businesses, where service is key. And not far away is a frisbee golf course that meets the official requirements for summer and winter use (about 14 km away at Airijärventie 108, currently an 18-hole course in the woods and on the rocks).
