This modern designed apartment is located in the historic house of the dance master, right on the Schlossplatz, in the middle of Wolfenbüttel. Despite the central location, you will stay here quietly and surrounded by greenery. The balcony is suitable for both breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening, or simply to relax with bird chirping. The extra-wide window seats invite you to enjoy your morning coffee/tea overlooking the Schlossplatz, or directly at the castle. The apartment is 80 m².

The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it's a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A travel cot for a baby or child, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.
