Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Our apartment "ROSA" on the upper floor comprises 150 m² of living space and offers three bedrooms with exquisite box spring beds, two bathrooms, a living and kitchen area with fireplace and a wellness area with sauna for private use. Ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. From the terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and enjoy the spicy Baltic Sea air with an evening glass of wine.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
