Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The well-known Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are within easy reach on foot or by bike. The holiday home is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only about 100 metres from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural plot with a light forest, directly behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal holiday conditions here.

Fancy a break with lots of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Converted/renovated in 2020, our house is located in a beautiful garden. Rustic oak floorboards and fireplace meet modern minimalism. Located on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, walking to the water. The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. A cozy, thatched, listed half-timbered cats in a 6,000 sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Graue Kate is part of a facility with listed cats. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking mature fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!

The idyllic fishing village of Wieck, a district of the Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald, is located where the river Ryck flows into the Greifswald Bodden. In this former fishing village you will find the quietly located non-smoking cottage with terrace. Access is through the garden.

Our cottage is located in the Birkenhain holiday settlement on the edge of the seaside resort of Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. Surrounded by a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate , invisible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
