It has perfect location walkable to Festive Mall, city is clean & nice. The tower has swimming pool & just ask the reception to get a ticket access to the pool. The room is clean & it has kitchen. Fast internet & good air condition. I highly recommended this place.

We had a great stay. We checked in late and the host is very responsive and accommodating, as well as Kuya Litoy. The location is also easy to find. Everything is complete and provided in the unit. Our only concern is for the bathroom — it can get flooded because there’s no drainage in the toilet area. But other than that, my friends and I recommend staying here!

JUST WOW!!! If i ever find myself again in IloIlo, I will surely book Rosh’s unit. Clean, worth every penny, strategic location, safe, and everything we needed was readily available. After a long day of wandering around the Panay Island, this unit felt like a comfort for us. AC is cold, hot & cold shower, smart tv, fresh linens, soft and comfy bed!! Not to mention the kitchen utensils and equipment that you can use. Rosh was also kind enough to let us drop off our bags as early as 7am!!! Thank you so much Rosh. This is the place to be!!! 10/5 rating ⭐️🤯

Loved the bed and the pantry snacks and other stuff for sale was a great convenience. Mini-bar style. My only regret was booking another place (somewhere downtown) during the start of my trip and this place during the last day of our Ilo-ilo trip. But regardless, it was a good way to end my short vacation. We had a flight at 4AM so it was so hard to get up at 2AM because the room was so cozy. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Great view of the pool too! Location wise, it's easy to get around since it's in between the Uptown and Downtown and Ilo-ilo itself has to be the most walkable city that I've been to. Would definitely recommend

The best!!!! Super close to the tourist spots like Esplanade, Molo Church, and others. The host, Christian, was really friendly, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. We even got to check in early and extend our stay. They had pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. But if you need to work, you might need to have mobile internet data as their wifi is not reliable. Definitely will recommend this place to others. Thank you again!!!

BenJohn was super responsive and provided transportation to the condo via one of his drivers. Driver was very helpful and took us directly to the condo from the airport. Condo is in a great location and taxi or grab service was easy to access at any time. Condo was super clean and snacks were provided was a nice touch. I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in iloilo. It is centrally located and transportation via taxi or grab was always available.

The place is homey and I felt as though my family is just at home while on vacation. We had a nice sleep because the rooms were air-conditioned, and the linens look new and clean. My only suggestion maybe is to provide rags for the kitchen sink to keep it dry after washing plates or cooking. The check-in process and checkout were also seamless and convenient. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would book again in the future. So worth every penny! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing long stay at ReJene’s place. She was so helpful and quick with responses and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location is great, walking distance from Mandurriao Plaza with quick transport links to SM City and Festive Walk. Accommodation was clean and spacious and the building staff are also very helpful. We would recommend!

Ellyn’s place is perfect place for us .. close proximity to restaurants, S&R . My husband & I appreciate the space .. plus the pool is a nice add on. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Iloilo.
