I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

Nice place! Will Book again

This was my first air bnb and Judy was a great first host. She was always quick to respond and accommodate us when we had questions throughout our stay. Highly recommended! The security to the building is very friendly, the view of the city is peaceful, and the walk to the mall is so short and covers a lot of your needs while vacationing

This was already our second time staying here, and it has officially become our go-to staycation spot in Iloilo. Nothing compares to the comfort this place offers. The location, the amenities, the surroundings — everything is just perfect.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts are accommodating and replies fast! They even let us extend our stay for a few hours. It stormed during our stay and the power went off, the hosts checked up on us and made sure we are okay. 💯🥰

Very accomodating

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

Great place! Very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze and the location was perfect. Very clean as well.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

The unit looks the same in the pictures and description; easy to navigate and walkable to Festive Mall. It has a homey vibe that is good for staycation. The host - Adrien is friendly, responsive, kind-hearted and thoughtful. The welcome package freebies was greatly appreciated. We had enjoyed our time in Iloilo (especially my Mom) mainly because of Adrien's unit. Thank you! 😊
