I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mr. Baldev’s stunning mountain-side property, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The home was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and perfectly situated to enjoy the serenity and breathtaking views of the mountains. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Mr. Baldev was a gracious and thoughtful host, always available if I had a question, and he ensured everything was just right for a comfortable and memorable stay. His warmth and hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed, and it’s clear he takes great pride in providing a top-quality experience for his guests. Every detail of the property, from the cozy interiors to the tranquil outdoor setting, reflected care and intention. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and I would return in a heartbeat. The Minivet Perch is a hidden gem! I don’t know why it is still not popular on airbnb and why doesn’t anyone know about this place and this property!! I loved everything about this place from the peaceful forest view to the cozy room with a private kitchen and and just in awe with my terrace view. As a female traveler, I felt super safe and completely at home here. I did the waterfall hike, went on a jungle safari in Sonanadi, and even joined a village tour, it was all amazing. The host is really kind and helpful, and the whole place has such a calm, healing vibe. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nature, peace, and a real break. The BnB is located overlooking the mountain. The grandeur of the mountains around humbles you. The cottage was just as described - ‘everything in its place and a place for everything’. The natural pool about 100 metres from the cottage was a personal favourite for me and my family. We enjoyed a game of cards, carrom and movie nights. Yes! All these facilities were there. The food was very simple YET VERY tasty. We all tried almost everything that was on the food menu as we didn’t want to miss out on anything. The pahadi chicken preparation was our personal favourite 😍. The children plucked mangoes from the trees and it gave them pleasant memories for a lifetime. We all went back home happy in our hearts 💕 Special shout out to Ishaan and Nitin- whose simplicity and humility is indescribable in words. We all loved the place.

A beautiful escape from the bustling no city, felt like this was one of the best options to go to. A great property and great caretakers catering to your every need. Especially since I went with my furry friend, with whom even caretakers did not have a problem with even though he got a little anxious in a new place. The property is well situated far from the busy lansdowne which makes it more peaceful and isolated to stay at. The food prepared was great, felt just like home.
