Simply perfect! My experience in this cottage was surreal, it exceeded all expectations. The house is extremely cozy, super well-equipped — there is absolutely nothing missing. You can see the affection and care in every detail. Everything is very clean, organized, and thought out so that the stay is impeccable. The environment is completely private, quiet and surrounded by nature. The peace that this place conveys is indescribable. You don't even notice that there are neighbours nearby, such is the privacy. And the view… I swear, it's breathtaking. One of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen, and I've travelled a lot. It's the kind of scenery you can't get enough of admiring - whether it's at sunrise, sunset or just relaxing and looking out. It was an incredible experience. Murilo is a 10, very special and will certainly be remembered. I already want to go back! I highly recommend it to those seeking rest, connection with nature, comfort and privacy.

Marcia's house is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized, and very creative. It really is a Zen house, with appropriate decoration, garden and natural herbs. The place is very quiet, with birds breaking the silence from time to time. The host is very friendly and cordial. They tried to give tips on tours/restaurants, responding quickly and proactively. It's definitely a place worth coming back to!

Wonderful! Kelly is super friendly and helpful. The house is very beautiful, cozy, that house with a home feeling, everything clean, fragrant, and she even prepared an afternoon coffee with cake and fruit basket. I loved it and I'm already planning my return.

The perfect house for a musician, very well designed. In addition to being a biological house, which in itself is already formidable, every detail has been thought out, from the depth of the kitchen sink, which allows you to clean pots without splashing water out, to the sockets in the whole house and even in places that allow you to keep and/or change the position of electrical appliances. The beautiful garden, the details of each piece of furniture, lamps, cabinets, everything in an elegantly retro style. The modern kitchen equipment and the beautiful ceramic tableware. With a beautiful view of the garden, the bedding, the huge and comfortable bed, the fireplace, curtains that guarantee darkness, the bulging ceiling make the room a cozy and quiet corner. And the grand piano in the living room makes this house an ideal place to record a music video, a place to romance, read, be at peace or simply relax. We intend to come back many times.

We definitely had a wonderful weekend! Super clean, cozy, airy, all new, very tasteful decoration, kitchen utensils in perfect condition, new and extremely clean bed and bath linens, super comfortable beds, new barbecue, my children did not leave the pool 🤭 Eduardo, very kind, answered messages super fast, was always ready to help and answer questions. we were greeted with coffee, biscuits, cheese and a box of eggs.😊 The house is easily accessible, close to shops, close to Rancho Quindins and other tourist spots in the city. Quiet place, you wake up to the birds singing, the neighbours are very kind. If you are looking for a place of peace, rest and nature, this is the right place! Eduardo and his wife made us feel at ease and made our weekend unforgettable! We hope to return soon 🙏🏻

Great house, much bigger than we expected. It was super clean and organized. The garden is super well manicured, which makes the house even more beautiful. Because it is well isolated, in the middle of the forest, from a certain point there is no sign of any operator. If you don't have wifi, it's totally incommunicado. Without rain and light, the wifi works super well. There are a lot of signs along the road, but the guidelines of the hosts were crucial for us to get to the house because it is a dirt road with several forks and can be easy to get confused or depending on the car you can't stand the road, it's good to prepare before going. The hosts were solicitous and attentive from start to finish, as were the homemade Antenor. The only problem we had was that we had a whole day without light but it was due to heavy rain, there is nothing for the hosts to do. They asked the person in charge to repair it and the company resolved it. And also with poorly positioned furniture but will review p change :) Great experience! We love it!

The accommodation was excellent, we really felt at home, the house has an excellent space with everything very organized and clean, we like the external space very much, where our pets could play without problems in very well surrounded space, outside the place to be very quiet, see nature, listen to the sound of the wind at the end of the day, it was very relaxing for me and my wife, for those who like quiet places, it is an excellent choice!! On the inside the house is also very comfortable, having a good well-equipped kitchen, tv in the living room and in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with a hot shower!! I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely return at a new opportunity, the cities of Paty and Miguel are very interesting and yield good days of rest and enjoyment!! Marciele received us very well and made us very comfortable, in addition to having a memory that we like very much! It was a great holiday!

I spent 3 days in this house with my family and we loved it! Too bad the weather didn't help much, but the house itself has everything you need and is really very well equipped. The condominium has a restaurant and a bar that will allow you to have all your meals without leaving the condominium. Pedro always answered me quickly and was super flexible in many ways, I will certainly return!

The apartment is great and exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is wonderful, I love it! It has a swimming pool, barbecue, playground and a beautiful lake to take pictures! The apartment has a very nice garden space! The air conditioners are new and work perfectly, everything is brand new. Viviane is always attentive and responds promptly to messages. I took my father in a wheelchair, the condominium is fully adapted and has a lift.

Our stay was wonderful!! Cris's apartment was super clean and organized, very large, well-equipped, with many cabinets, TV and wi-fi working perfectly. The condominium is wonderful, with children's pool, adult heated pool, soccer field, game room, whirlpool, sauna, tv room, gym. Near the malls and restaurants. Cris always replying all messages quickly. I, my mother and my son loved the stay, we had incredible days, we will be back for sure.

Very cozy apartment, all well clean, tidy and of great location. The condominium offers much more cozy accommodation, with a heated pool and other activities. Place with lots of vegetation and good location.

We have nothing to complain about. The hosts are extremely kind and pleasant people. The site is in the heart of Miguel Pereira, close to everything. Great accommodation for 2 people. Quiet and easy access place. The apartment had all the amenities. Marcelo is always helpful and quick to respond with all the necessary guidance for an excellent stay. Returning to Itaipava, this will be my favorite spot.

A cozy and functional corner well located in Itaipava! Quality bedding. Kitchen Utensilios with all new and available to eat in the apartment. Great condominium, organized, with leisure structure and gym, helpful and educated employees. The very kind host, always available and flexible at the check in and check-out times. We spent quiet days, we found everything we needed with a great supermarket almost in front of the building.

The hut is extremely new and cozy, the location is amazing, with a wonderful view. The pictures are reliable with the reality of the place. I super recommend the space!

We had incredible days in the cabin. Our cabin days were simply unforgettable! Every detail reveals the care and affection with which this corner was prepared. We left renovated, with a heart full of gratitude and the desire to return soon. Undoubtedly, this hut has won a special place in our history — it will always be our favorite getaway!

Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as in the photos, incredible. In addition to the house being very rich in detail and comfort, it has the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a campfire, time passes without us noticing. Easily accessible location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it's good to bring things to make the most of the house. Place with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, one being a 1-year-old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and as the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace the place offers. Great accommodation, the place is amazing, charming and reserved. Great for resting and accessible to enjoy the city during the day. The host is helpful. At night I recommend turning off the balcony lights to enjoy the starry sky that is gorgeous! We loved the stay!
