Priscila welcomed us at the agreed time and was super kind, the condominium has a good structure, it is close to the centre of Miguel Pereira and super safe. Super polite and helpful condominium employees. Pleasant environment and comfortable apartment. I'll be back more often!!

Excellent apartment, all in perfect condition, clean and as described, in a very tasty condominium in the middle of nature. I recommend to everyone, with the only exception that the kitchen is very small, 2 people already bump into it and since it does not have an oven and only has a cooktop of 2 mouths, it can be a limiting if the guest intends to cook frequently or for many people during the stay.

Impeccably clean and extremely functional space, next to the historic centre. The host is very helpful, clearly explained the check-in and check-out procedures and gave good tips about the city, being available to answer all questions. Recommended!

Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close by car to the Itaipava fair, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want peace and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organised environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and attended to us promptly the few times it was requested, since everything corresponded to what was advertised. We only missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but this did not hinder our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and a 10-star host.

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!! Ilara, the house, the location, everything was WONDERFUL!!! A tranquility, a peace, it was our first time in Miguel Pereira and we are in love lol and certainly Ilara's accommodation contributed to this, she is very attentive and responded quickly, did everything to facilitate the arrival easier, she even made a video. The house has all the utensils for those who want to cook. We felt safe in the house, in the neighborhood, we went out at night without problems. We already want to go back!!!

The stay was very good. Thiago was available to assist with whatever was needed. The only point that was not very good was the shower, which was very hot. Other than that, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very quiet.

We had a wonderful weekend, everything was great from the arrival on Friday to the day of departure on Sunday, the suite was very good, everything was new, the green area was very beautiful, organized and clean, Adriano and his wife were excellent people, very friendly and attentive.

Local exactly as described, extremely clean and organized. Condominio with attractions and everything well maintained. Smell and high quality bedding, which also happens with the bathing suit. Well located near downtown Itaipava and also from Petrópolis. Super recommend ❤️

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure! Very beautiful apartment with amazing view. Ideal place to rest. Excellent condominium, has a restaurant, on weekends, tennis court, soccer field, shower, normal pool and heated pool. There's still a beautiful river. I was very pleased with my stay. It was perfect. I thank Camila for always responding to us quickly as well.
