The house was all new and organized. The location is privileged, close to the shopping centre and some tourist areas. The host always responded with all the information and check-in was great. I recommend it!

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's place. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good dining options just a few minutes' drive and easy access to the town centre. The neighborhood is totally residential and we feel very safe. Our stay was very quiet and Walquiria was helpful to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is noteworthy that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed the top sheets, as they only had those of elastic that serve to cover the mattresses. Vale rethink the supply of bath towels. But, we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

We had a very nice stay. The place is very quiet, contact with nature. Clean and clean air. Very friendly Priscila. The house clean, organized. The Good Condominium and the city of Miguel Pereira is wonderful. we love and recommend it.

There were 16 of us and everyone was well accommodated in the 8 suites! We went to enjoy the tomato festival, but the highlight was the place... lol Perfect stay! Everything super clean and organized! The place is exactly as the listing! Everything was working: (toto, pool, barbecue.... and let's highlight the showers in the suites... sensational....) Oops... I can't forget the lake... We have a little boat that we use and take several photos.... The children were thrilled to be able to fish in the lake... Just gratitude!!

If you're looking for a place to rest and get closer to nature, Luiz's site is a good choice. I went with my family to spend the Easter period and it was very satisfying. No phone signal will reach you. But the internet is very good and it accounted for the need for work that accompanied me on this trip. The house has a beautiful and huge outdoor area. There are independent accesses to different points of the space. The fully equipped kitchens made it easy because we didn't go out to explore the region. The rooms are not large, but it wasn't something that got in the way. We were unable to use the pool due to low temperature. The place is perfect for those traveling with pets. My SRD loved. We only miss a TV in the bedroom area. There is only that of the dining room and for large groups, difficult to reconcile everyone's desire. In addition, we took two days of rain, and it was bad to have to ‘get out’ to have this leisure. And it is worth highlighting Márcia e Biro, extremely considerate and kind!

We spent an excellent family weekend, super comfortable, well-equipped home, super well located , great pool … I recommend and I will be back for sure! Available and friendly hosts.

Everything was new, clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was extremely polite and attentive, always available and proactive. Simply perfect! My experience in this cottage was surreal, it exceeded all expectations. The house is extremely cozy, super well-equipped — there is absolutely nothing missing. You can see the affection and care in every detail. Everything is very clean, organized, and thought out so that the stay is impeccable. The environment is completely private, quiet and surrounded by nature. The peace that this place conveys is indescribable. You don't even notice that there are neighbours nearby, such is the privacy. And the view… I swear, it's breathtaking. One of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen, and I've travelled a lot. It's the kind of scenery you can't get enough of admiring - whether it's at sunrise, sunset or just relaxing and looking out. It was an incredible experience. Murilo is a 10, very special and will certainly be remembered. I already want to go back! I highly recommend it to those seeking rest, connection with nature, comfort and privacy.

Excellent value for people travelling alone or couples. Top-notch location: the main points are on foot. Comfortable, beautiful and clean apartment. For those more sensitive to street noise (motorcycles, etc.) it can make sleeping difficult, for me it was super easy to sleep. In the future, returning to the city, I would return to the space for sure.

The house is very pleasant. Simple, but complete and very, very clean. Bedding, bath and blankets with a softener scent. Kitchen with utensils, coffee maker, coffee powder, sugar, salt and with pots and pans. Very kind and nice hosts. The place is separate from the main house and, therefore, in a private environment. Two bathrooms, with hot water, which makes it easier when traveling with children. Mobile phone with intermittent signal in the region, but with Wi-Fi. Cadu and his mother were very kind, pleasant and made us feel at home. We strongly consider returning to the same house when we return to the region. I recommend it.
