Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paterna

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

This place was awesome I felt right at home and the space was huge! I wish it was closer to the center. It was a little noisy outside the bedroom. There was also a kid running around upstairs it was annoying but it’s not Miguel’s fault. The space was great and I really enjoyed my time! Miguel was so responsive and made sure everything was readily available.

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Valencia. Die Lage ist top: relativ zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles war sehr sauber, modern und durchdacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super vakantie gehad, de host was heel aardig en checkte regelmatig of we iets nodig hadden. Het appartement ligt dicht bij tram en bushalte waarmee we makkelijk naar het strand en het centrum konden, wat geweldig was! Ook zit er een supermarkt heel dichtbij en de basic benodigdheden voor koken waren al aanwezig in het huis. Ook shampoo en bodywash was aanwezig en het was erg fijn dat er een airco was.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

Laura‘s place was a perfect place for sightseeing. We could walk to the old town, grocery store, bakery, and restaurants. When I asked Laura for a recommendation for dinner at the beach, she gave me a great place, which turned out to be fabulous. We had a problem with the shower and she got someone over there immediately to take care of it. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Valencia.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We hebben uitstekende dagen gehad in dit mooie ruime huis met mooi dakterras. We zijn super ontvangen en hebben 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van de host, casa Montaña, direct naast de woning. Dank voor de goede zorgen Alejandro en Denise! de locatie is prima in een rustige leuke buurt met leuke barretjes met veel locals. alles is prima bereikbaar. je bent snel op strand en boulevard en met de metro ben je ook zo in het centrum van Valencia. Aanrader!

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

El apartamento nos ha encantado, muy limpio y ordenado. Con todo lujo de detalles. Laura ha sido muy amable y atenta. Muy cerca de la playa y zona de restauración. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

non sembrava un'appartamento per vacanze, ma la casa propria. Non ho mai visto in tanti anni che alloggio in appartamento un alloggio così accessoriato, di tutto anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia, o di generi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

Mi estancia en este apartamento ha sido absolutamente perfecta. El lugar está impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Valence ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été super accueillants, toujours disponibles et très proactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et se sont montrés flexibles sur l’heure de départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques et professionnels – nous recommandons vivement !
