Nice location and friendly host. Everything was set up nicely.

David was a God-send and so was his AirBnb. When we walked into the studio very late at night it was so adorable and welcoming. It had a very comfy king bed with nice linens and towels, a good shower with good water pressure & heat, good airflow & a/c. It had a small stand-up refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle and it's in a great location. It's walkable distance to downtown Patagonia-very quaint with cafe and restaurants) --it's very quiet and peaceful. It's back off the main road behind his house, so if you come after dark just make sure you call him. My husband and I had to go to the hospital so we checked in very late--David was super helpful...even brought over food and snacks for us because the restaurants were closed. We are going to come back before the end of the summer when my husband feels better. I'd love to do kayaking in Patagonia Lake State Park and hike around the Paton Center for Hummingbirds or just hang out with a latte/book at the Gathering Grounds

Karen is very friendly, talkative & passionate about her space. She pays attention to details like leaving a journal out for guests, providing ample toiletries, curating a binder full of recommendations and important info, and the cherry on top was leaving a bucket of chicken feathers for guests to take one as a souvenir. She gave us farm fresh eggs and told funny stories. You have a private patio but she also welcomes you to explore the gardens around her property.

An excellent stay! I can see why they have 5 stars, and it is well deserved. The space is clean, host friendly, and the space has everything you could want. We loved the small touches that make the space cozy like artwork and comfy pillows. The kitchen was also well stocked with basics like salt and pepper and needed things like carrot peelers and utensils not all Airbnbs have. The neighborhood was very peaceful and everything about this Airbnb was planned with such care and attention to detail. We will likely stay here again in the future.
