What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni a Passignano, comodo per visitare i paesi e le città circostanti. Martina è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento davvero grazioso e curato. Abbiamo un cane di taglia grande ed il giardino recintato è perfetto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Super consigliato!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

Beautiful Farmhouse. Lovely place even better in person. The grounds are large and lovely. Great pool. You look out to the town of Cortona from the bedroom and kitchen windows. So relaxing super close a 10 min drive to Cortona 30 mins to Montepulciano. A great base to explore. Host super responsive we were late checking in sure to train delays and it wasn’t a problem. Even got to experience some of Federica’s fabulous wine. Would come back for sure it’s a gem.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Antonella, Andreas und nicht zu vergessen Lullu sind perfekte und so entspannte Gastgeber. Sie haben uns jeden Morgen den Start in den Tag mit frischem Brot, Croissants & Kaffee versüßt. Die Wohnung ist bestens und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und wird besonders gepflegt. A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Giovanni is excellent host very responsive met us outside to show us in. Apartment only 2 min walk from wonderful array of restaurants. 100m or so from beautiful Trasimeno lake. Great location from which to explore nearby Umbrian and Tuscany wonders. Apartment spotless. View of lake. Excellent mosquito meshes ensure no insects. Very quiet neighbours . Apartment cool and spacious and air conditioning makes it extra comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

L'alloggio di Carlo è molto più grande e bello di quanto si può vedere dalle foto! Carlo è una persona fantastica, ci ha dato innumerevoli consigli sui luoghi da visitare e molti consigli su i ristoranti della zona. L'alloggio è fornito di tutto il necessario, la biancheria e le lenzuola erano profumate e pulitissime. Inoltre ci a lasciato un ampia scelta di alimenti per la colazione. Che dire assolutamente perfetto in tutto. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano un'alloggio in zona. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa vacanze per 3 giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Ia proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Perfetta sia per un weekend di relax che per una breve vacanza. Tornerò sicuramente!

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.
