The entrance to the apartment of the Mei building, in the heart of the small castle, is located in a pretty square with a fountain that opens onto a hilly landscape that extends to Monte Conero. The building has housed 3 Mayors of the Municipality of Barbara, Mei Gervasio (1877 – 1905) Mei Camillo (1906 - 1914) and Capotondi Mario (1995 – 2004). In the apartment there is a terrace from which to admire the roofs of the village and the splendid Apennine chain up to Monte Catria.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. The Guest House of the Tavignano Estate

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.

Borgobo' is located within the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Park. It's a collection of small houses, narrow lanes and steep lawns—a little 17th-century village. The view from Borgobo’ takes in glimpses of unspoilt landscapes caressed by the wind, where everything is in harmony in its wildest form. Several trails leave from the village and run through the park.
