La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Appartement agréable pouvant loger jusqu'à 4 personnes. Bonne literie. Lieu calme. Belle vue sur Spello et proche pour visiter. Également à 10min de la gare pour les arrivées par le train. Hôtes adorables. Je recommande.

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanko z ładnym widoczkiem, a gospodarz jest mega pomocny, odpisuje od razu na wszystkie pytania. Polecił nam miejsca, które warto zobaczyć i jak się do nich dostać polecam pobyt u Jacopo! 😊

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

Ottima esperienza, molto consigliata

L'appartamento si presenta accogliente, pulito e provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire! Le host sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche e abbiamo apprezzato molto la loro elasticità sugli orari. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa tra gli ulivi. Consigliatissimo!!!

Great location, on a street full of bars and restaurants (and a bookshop and art spaces!) and just 5 min from the centre (uphill walk). The flat is spacious and well arranged and decorated, on the ground floor of an old building. Basic equipment in the kitchen (we didn’t cook), good size bedroom. It was a really great stay. On the things that could be improved: mattress feels a bit battered, and check-in was tricky as keys are fiddly (and it was late at night with no working light in the corridor. Once you learn how to make them work it is all fine!) Thanks for having us, we will be back when we are next in Perugia.

Small and cosy place, perfect for a few days exploring Perugia and surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the main historic centre and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Paid parking area very nearby and although expensive it was convenient to leave the car for a couple of days. Great apartment.

Piccolo tesoro tra le viuzze del centro storico di Cortona. Ambiente curato e pulito, fedele alla descrizione! Nota di merito all’host che ha fornito indicazioni precise per arrivare ad un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze dell’alloggio evitando il centro storico con le zone a pagamento e sopratutto per la disponibilità ad accogliere qualche piccola richiesta da parte di noi ospiti! Consigliato!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Alloggio pulito , con tutto il necessario, vicino centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi, giardino e calma assoluta. Giuseppe persona cordiale e accogliente e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio questo alloggio e ci ritornerò volentieri.

un attico con una vista unica nella zona,dove si vede molto bene sia il centro storico che le montagne, l'host molto professionale, sicuramente lo riproverò
