It was perfect! The host was so kind and the amenities are well prepared. I visited this place with my parents, they were satisfied too. I strongly recommend this house!

This house is compact but not cramped. Mariza is welcoming and generous. It's an easy walk to restaurants and other stores and a short drive to TraderJoe's. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet during the day and at night.

Amber and Brian were excellent hosts. We had an incident where the smoke alarm went off and Brian and Amber came right away and fixed it. We were displaced by the Eaton Canyon fire , moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, but this place was by far was our most favorite! It was peaceful and relaxing. Having the backyard is a little slice of heaven. Our dogTwinkie enjoyed the yard and we also enjoyed sitting out there on the Adirondack chairs, having our morning coffee. The place is pristine! Super clean, and exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen! The decor is beautiful and the bed is so comfy. The neighborhood is walkable & safe. Parking is easy to find. There many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Try Two Kids for coffee, the best! I We wished we could have spent more days there because it was just what we needed to unwind and forget about being displaced. This is the place to stay in the South Pasadena area.

Our three-month stay in this home after the Eaton Fires was comfortable, thanks to the wonderful beds and pillows. The well-equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and we enjoyed the home's overall quality, especially the turntable and outdoor space. We spent a lot of time grilling and relaxing around the fire pit or in the gazebo. The steam shower was a favorite, and the pool was refreshing during heat waves. The neighborhood was peaceful and family-friendly, with a nearby park perfect for our dogs and great for evening walks. Walking to downtown Monrovia for coffee was a highlight. Justin, our host, was responsive and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable for our family of four and our two dogs!

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

Great location, pictures don’t do this place justice. You can tell it was recently updated. Being right next to the freeway makes it extra convenient. Beds were comfy and so was couch.

I had a very nice experience staying here. I would return.

Wow! This is the most lovely AirBnB I have ever stayed in! It was gorgeous and had everything I needed and more. It had an overly generous kitchen, with a milk frother, a clean kettle, cutting boards, all kinds of glassware, mixing bowls everything was clean , tidy and organized. .. The couch was super cozy, dining room was large and loved the open floor plan in this historically charming cottage. The office even had yoga mats that we did not get a chance to use… all in all it was very thoughtful. Loved that we were able to do laundry and the abundance of clean towels and washcloths. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the bidet was an added luxury. Gorgeous view of the trail and we loved unwinding and loosening up our muscles in the jacuzzi. Pool was lovely although we didn’t get to use. I hope I can be back soon.

This is one of the better places I have stayed in. It met our needs perfectly. The location was in walking distance of great restaurants and shops so we spent a lot of time walking and enjoying the Pasadena. Nagya was an excellent host. Nagya was proactive and clear in all communications which made everything very simple for us. Anytime we are close to Pasadena we hope to stay with Nagya.

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly host, convenient space for two. Not too far from where we needed to go! Would definitely recommend the experience.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Jonathan's place is a great fine for spending time in Pasadena. The basic amenities and walkable location make it very convenient. Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and flexible.

We stayed for one night while attending a Rose Bowl event and had a great experience. The location is very walkable, which made getting around super easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.

Massey’s place was stunning and super spacious. It’s in a great location with plenty of things to do. It was a great find!
