Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Debbie and Mike’s place felt like a little home away from home. The couch was cozy, nice size tv, great water pressure in the shower, and the mattress was super comfortable. I slept great, neighborhood is quiet and near everything. I felt safe and comfortable and tucked away. Overall a cozy warm spot to touch down for a few nights. I would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We chose Brett's place as it noted it was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and the space looked beautifully appointed. It lived up to the pictures and description beautifully. The location is walkable to stores and restaurants if you like to get some steps in (mile and a half or so), making it close enough to the energy but far away enough to be really peaceful. The space is lovely; well appointed, super comfortable and modern and felt new and fresh and clean. Would absolutely book again! Brett was a lovely host; helpful, responsive and gave great dining recommendations. Loved every minute of it.

Shannon was super helpful and nice! We even had groceries delivered while we were out and asked if she would be willing to put them inside our place and the fridge, and she was happy to do it! Place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

Visited family for a week and stayed here. Great place to stay, feels like it's your own home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge fenced backyard with plenty of orange and lemon trees. Ben and Matt were very responsive and very flexible with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay with Shan and Ed! Their yard is beautiful, the apartment is just as described and super-clean. We had everything we needed there including a fantastic location in Santa Monica, next to Venice, close to many restaurants, the beach, the 405 and the 10. Shan and Ed are lovely hosts - friendly, happy, and welcomiing.

Jorge afford flexible accommodation when I came I got sick. My stay was great and everything that could be afford for a stay was affordable. I would 100% recommend the stay to anyone else.

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Lynn! Our family of three greatly enjoyed utilizing this surprisingly roomy and wonderfully outfitted studio apartment to explore Claremont and the 5Cs. We were able to walk over to the 5Cs and the village each day during our 5-day stay for various events and tours. Such a pleasant walk through the streets of the apartment's central Claremont neighborhood location. It was also an easy walk to Trader Joes for groceries.

Friendly host and a nice place to stay! Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to the area for an event at SoFi!
