My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

From January 2020 we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built holiday home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes on foot. Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

The Alpspitzblick apartment is in a quiet location in the Garmisch district. The Hausberg ski area and the city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The apartment has TV and WiFi.
