Legend has it that this place, called "La métairie des dames", was part of the agricultural estate of the Château de la Roussière, located in Saint-Maixent de Beugné less than a kilometer away. Today, Marie-Françoise welcomes you with the pleasure of making your stay a friendly and pleasant one. Upstairs, enjoy the soft cocoon of the Aliénor room. This accommodation offers easy access to our medieval city, nearby businesses. We are located between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Golfers will have 2 golf courses 15 minutes from the house. A closed garage will be at your disposal to store your bikes or motorcycles. Finally you can relax on a terrace with garden furniture, space possibly shared with us. Breakfast is optional, at the rate of 5 euro/pers/day to be paid on-site.

Located between Niort and La Rochelle This iconic place of the industrial era, built itself on an old mill of the 13th century is a mixture of antique objects, works of art and designer furniture. Sleeps: 15 in the mill and 10 in the annex (not included in the basic rate: €400 supplement for the annex per night)

Double room in a quiet and rural location

We are pleased to host you in our house in Gourgé, near Parthenay, offering you the rental of one or two bedrooms, with a private bathroom. You will have breakfast (included in the price) or the possibility to eat on an independent terrace. Breakfast, bed linen and towels are included in the rental rate. We are labeled Accueil Vélo and can accommodate 6 to 8 bicycles in a secure barn.
