Etang Neuf in Sèvremont is located in the heart of the Vendée bocage in the countryside, just 15 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 15 minutes from Poupet, 1 hour from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this beautiful property in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling near the pond or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises.

Aliénor Room at La Métairie des Dames

Legend has it that this place, called "La métairie des dames", was part of the agricultural estate of the Château de la Roussière, located in Saint-Maixent de Beugné less than a kilometer away. Today, Marie-Françoise welcomes you with the pleasure of making your stay a friendly and pleasant one. Upstairs, enjoy the soft cocoon of the Aliénor room. Bed and breakfast labeled "Gîte de France 3 épis" since 2002. Breakfast included in the nightly rate.

This accommodation offers easy access to our medieval city, nearby businesses. We are located between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Golfers will have 2 golf courses 15 minutes from the house. A closed garage will be at your disposal to store your bikes or motorcycles. Finally you can relax on a terrace with garden furniture, space possibly shared with us. Breakfast is optional, at the rate of 5 euro/pers/day to be paid on-site.

You will stay in a former wine castle, you will sleep in the "Studio" equipped with a 180 cm double bed. The Studio is equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, stove, barbecue. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool in season and the tennis court. A wooded park is also available for guests to relax.
