Great barn apartment in former vineyard

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Gemütliches Studio Apartment

Mach es dir bequem und genieße jede Menge Platz. Die Wohnung ist integriert in eine typische rheinhessische Hofreite. Man schaut in den begrünten Innenhof und hat jede Menge Platz auch für Fahrräder o.ä. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, aber man findet in der Straße eine Möglichkeit zu parken. Das Studio hat eine Ausziehcouch (1.45 breit) und unterm Dach ein 1,20 m breites Bett. Dafur muss man allerdings eine steile Raumspartreppe erklimmen. Leider lässt es sich nicht komplett verdunkeln.

Das Landhaus "Anneliese" liegt sehr idyllisch oberhalb des kleinen Dorfes Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, inmitten von Natur und guter Luft, ohne Lichtsmog. Hier finden Sie und Ihre Familie Ruhe und Erholung. Unweit des UNESCO Welterbes Oberes Mittelrheintal und der Landeshauptstadt Mainz bieten sich Ihnen vielfältige Möglichkeiten: Weingüter und Straußwirtschaften sorgen für das leibliche Wohl und Radwege führen durch die Weinberge bis zum Rhein, wo zahlreiche Burgen besichtigt werden können.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.
