Here you and your family will find peace and relaxation. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, you will find a wide range of opportunities: wineries and wine taverns provide for your physical well-being, and cycle paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

Great barn apartment in former vineyard

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

Cozy studio apartment

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space. The apartment is integrated into a typical Rhine-Hessian courtyard. You can look into the leafy courtyard and have plenty of space for bicycles or the like. Parking is not available, but you can find a way to park on the street. The studio has a sofa bed (1.45 wide) and a 1.20 m wide bed under the roof. However, you have to climb a steep space-saving staircase. Unfortunately, it cannot be completely darkened.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Our “Hilli” is a stylishly restored country house from 1780 and can accommodate up to 8 people. With sauna, large garden, two kitchens, three bathrooms (incl. 2 bathtubs), vaulted cellar, courtyard with barbecue & swings as well as lounge areas inside & outside, it is perfect for families, friends, yoga groups or pleasure travelers. Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
