Set in Heale, Exmoor and 15 minutes from either Combe Martin or Lynton; Heale Farm Cottage is a traditional stone cottage nestled in the peaceful and natural environment of our farm. The barn has been lovingly restored and is furnished in soft natural tones in keeping with its natural environment, full of character and charm. The heart of the cottage is the first floor sitting room with open views to the moor, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, rustic lighting, snuggly sofas and log burning stove.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Swift Cottage on Exmoor

Swift Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage that enjoys sea views but also has direct access on to Exmoor. It has a dog proof garden and the cottage is completely dog friendly with hard easy to clean floors. The walking out of the door is second to none with the choice of walking down to the beach or the Valley of the Rocks or walking for miles on the moors without seeing a single person. Even though it is remote and tranquil it still enjoys all the wonderful amenities of Lynton and Lynmouth

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

It is just 5 minute walk down to the Valley of Rocks, 10 minutes walk up the road into Lynton. Visitors can then take the Funicular Cliff Railway down to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The entire space is step free and is easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
