Holiday rentals with a patio in Parma

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you exit, you will find bars for breakfast and aperitif restaurants all within easy reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition, the Host is very kind and helpful.

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the best place to stay!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Mr. Vincenzo was extremely friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the front porch and the opportunity to grill. Around the house there is a comfortable playground and a nice path through the hills to walk serenely even with children.

The stay close to Salsomaggiore Terme was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The owners, who live on site, were friendly, helpful and attentive. A lot of space, nature and quietness to unwind from everyday life. I would really recommend going there if you're looking for a little gem in the countryside of Italy. We had a great time!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic stay, we spent 2 days to go running at the Cremona circuit, nearby, quiet, clean, everything you need to rest after a day on the track. Highly recommended

Very pleasant stay, comfortable apartment for easily getting around the surroundings (Modena, Bologna, Parma, etc). The house is very clean, tidy, spacious, cool (even on the hottest days) and has everything you need for a short stay. A small garden accessible from the apartment and a private car park (convenient for those travelling by motorbike) complete the whole. Fabiola and Riccardo are very kind, helpful and always ready to give advice and suggestions. Ultimately, a positive experience and highly recommended!

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.
