Holiday rentals with breakfast in Park County

Beautiful place in a beautiful part of Breckenridge. Julie and Hurch were extremely kind and responsive! Two steps away from both the Breckenridge cross country lodge and the shuttle! A perfect location and hosts!

Beautiful home and scenery! This home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with spices and basic food items. It has every appliance you might need. We enjoyed making smoothies in the Vitamix. We even arrived to find a gift of local jam and honey. Thank you! Our days were spent fishing and hiking in nearby parks, playing pickleball, horseback riding and driving around looking at the beautiful scenery. We also visited some of the nearby shops. At night, we sat on the front porch and watched the sunset over the mountains while the deer visited us. We spent time in the hot tub and made s’mores. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Rebecca responded immediately with any questions I had. We can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend, the coolest little place. The hot tub in the evening, under the stars, hearing the sound of the river rushing below was so peaceful. To top it off, the breakfast they cooked and served in the outdoor community setting was top notch. Couldn’t have asked for better. Will definitely be back!

Definitely will be back! This place is awesome. So many amenities! The amount of pools and hot tubs alone was worth it. We hope to be back soon.

We booked Francesca’s place for a little sister weekend and it was perfect and exactly what we needed! Her house is gorgeous and relaxing, and sitting out in the hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. Francesca was responsive and welcoming and we had everything we needed for the perfect weekend!

What a spot. Beautiful views, beautiful home, and beautiful all-around experience spending a week in Bailey with some of our closest friends. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy, and conversations around the fire pit were lively. (Also, bonus: there was a pair of deer that loved to take afternoon naps below the deck, directly outside the windows of the lower floor bedrooms.) Make sure to bring a car that can handle the driveway, and then settle in, relax, and enjoy!

I had a great stay at the Fireside Inn. The location is great, you can walk to Main St and to the gondola stop (there’s also a free bus stop right across the street). The hosts were communicative, check in and check out were easy. The kitchen is small and there aren’t a lot of pots/pans, just something to be aware of if you plan to cook and there are other guests cooking. I would stay here again.

A really delightful place! The beds were comfortable and the home was easy to get to, and the main area was cozy. Mark and Paz were very welcoming, and breakfast (Carmel apple french toast, eggs, and sausage) was delicious. I only wish we stayed longer!

An amazing B&B; got in a little late after soaking in Mt Princeton hot springs all day (only 10min away) and Paz welcomed us in. Breakfast was at 8am and it was delicious! Cinnamon rolls, sausages, eggs, and yogurt. Paz and Mark are so friendly and would definitely stay here again! Also great views of the mountains. Thank you again!

A true gem in BV! Top notch hospitality and incredible breakfast!

Great B&B that's very close to Breckenridge ski resort. There is a free shuttle right outside of the B&B that takes you straight to the Gondola. We got the sweetheart room which was quaint and had its own bathroom which was a plus. They were kind enough to grant a late checkout when my wife wasn't feeling well in the morning. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking to ski or just explore the downtown area!

This was a great spot. It was clean, quiet, and welcoming. The homemade breakfast was incredible and everything was so thoughtful. I can’t wait to go back!
