Holiday rentals with a kayak in Park County

Beautiful views! Great place! It was really windy so not much fishing so the beautiful pool table got a lot of attention! It was a 4 men and 3 boys get a way come true! The fireplace didn't work but we had a great time on the patio with the fire pit and grill just telling stories and making new memories! Careful the water is HoT! Would definitely do it again!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

This was a perfect spot for me and my family. We were visited my foxes and moose during our stay. The hot tub was great, and the space was perfect. Many thanks for being dog and kid friendly! Close to Breck and Fairplay - such a wonderful little retreat!

Jeff has surely put alot into this cabin, from the cleanliness to the mounts from around the world. didnt know what a greater Kudu was until I seen the one mounted in this cabin. Great mountain scenery, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and hot showers. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Jeff and his team, overall one of the best hosts/places i have stayed with!

A fantastic little place for peace and quiet! A lot of extra touches made it feel very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful property. We could have spent the entire week exploring. Peaceful trails with great lookout spots. Only recommendation is to bring toilet paper, our family ran out day 1 and closest store is a ways away. We also are picky about drinking water, it was safe but preferred large bottles.

This cute little cabin was a nice, peaceful place to get away. We loved the trails/rock scrambling in the national forest right out the back door. There was a lot of bear scat on the trail and a CPW bear trap next to the property, so we were careful with food, trash, etc. The only negative is the extensive collection of vehicles, RVs and trailers parked at the house next door that mar the lake view. Not the cabin owner’s fault by any means but good to be aware of!

Adorable and comfortable little hideaway, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enveloped in serene tranquility and surrounded by nature. A truly delightful retreat from the urban frenzy and scorching heat.
