Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Welcome to View by the Beach, a charming retreat nestled in the picturesque countryside of Karlovasi, Samos. It is located a 10-minute drive from the city centre and offers a peaceful and secluded environment, just a breath away from a beautiful beach with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and its beautiful sunsets.

Loukoulos' Blue maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

STUDIOS LIMNIONAS UPSTAIRS STUDIO

Studios Limnionas is a self-catering accommodation located in Limnionas Village. It features a garden and sun terrace, while free WiFi access is available in all areas.Opening to a balcony with Aegean Sea views, all studios and apartments come with a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. Each private bathroom includes a shower. The property offers free parking, while free sun beds and free canoes are also provided on the beach.
