Το διαμέρισμα(30τ.μ)είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια και απέχει από την παραλία 10 μέτρα.Βρίσκεται σε 2ο όροφο οικοδομής και διαθέτει ασανσέρ.Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλες τις ηλεκτ.συσκευές (Ψυγείο,φούρνος,πλυντήριο ρούχων,εσπρέσσο μηχανή).Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο από την κουζίνα,διαθέτει όμορφο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα και μπορείτε εκεί να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.Διαθέτει ένα όμορφο λουξ μπάνιο.Επίσης υπάρχει ελεύθερο WIFI, ac και τηλεόραση.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

Centrally located in Kokkari, a stone's throw from the cozy terraces, the beach and the picturesque harbor. It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street. On the ground floor is the separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area with sofa bed and a roof terrace.

Elegant apartment of 45 sqm with a magnificent view of the natural bay of the city of Samos. The distance from the center is 1.2 km, with private parking. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has an open plan living room with a kitchen, a large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to four people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the area there is a supermarket (1 km), beach (1.5 km), gym (200m).

The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
