Just 500 metres from Balos Beach, this stone villa sits on the hillside above the bay with open Aegean views and a private outdoor pool. The traditional stone interiors, indoor fireplace, and spacious veranda make it as comfortable in every season, whether dining outside with the sea ahead or winding down by the fire. Air conditioning runs throughout. Restaurants and cafés are close by, and Koumeika village with everyday amenities is 2 km away. WiFi and free parking on premises are included.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
