Monthly Rentals in Parakai

We stayed at this beautiful holiday home over the Easter weekend and spent two nights in this peaceful little town—absolutely loved it! The house was super clean, and the garden was gorgeous and really well looked after. There’s one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, and from the upstairs rooms you get such a lovely view of the garden, the river, and even the nearby mountains. Even on rainy days, it felt so cozy and relaxing—you can just imagine how stunning it would be on a sunny day! We drove just 5 minutes to the hot pool, and the kid had an awesome time there. Shelly Beach is only about a 20-minute drive, where we did some fishing and ended up having fresh fish for dinner. So good! It’s such a perfect little escape from the city—highly recommend it! Big thanks to the owner for sharing this beautiful place with us—what a lovely stay!

I loved coming to this sweet little cottage at the and of the lane, with the afternoon sun pouring in on a cold day. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure and well-equipped kitchen. Rhiannon was friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely loved this little cabin! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. A great place to unwind and recharge. We’ll definitely be back!
