Wonderful home! Clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 or 5, and so close to the airport/strip. Kat was a lovely host who was friendly and helpful in every message. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Xun's place. We originally booked the one-bedroom unit, but the AC wasn't working very well, so we were immediately reroomed to the 2 bedroom unit at no additional charge for our stay. Both units were clean and had everything needed during your stay including a robot vacuum and cool vacuum mop.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions that made arrival stress-free. The place was spotless, well-organized, and immediately felt welcoming. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Coldplay concert venue and right near the Vegas Strip, which made getting around and enjoying the city incredibly convenient. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable, with all the essentials and thoughtful extras available. It really felt like a home away from home. The only small downside was the beds being a bit firmer than I prefer, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Vegas—it’s clean, convenient, and very guest-focused.

THIS PLACE WAS SO NICE!! IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME. CLOSE TO BUS STOPS AND STORES. PRIVATE,CLEAN AND HAS IT'S OWN ENTRANCE. ALSO THEY HAD BASIC ESSENTIALS STOCKED THERE IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE IT . LIKE COFFEE MAKER WITH COFFEE, CREAM AND SUGAR. UTENSILS,SOAP AND DETERGENT TOO

This was an incredible stay! The house: This house is massive and really nice. It was fun to use the pool table but still felt like we connected to people downstairs since it’s an open area. We all had a place to relax and play. The rooms are big and everyone had the privacy they wanted and beds were really comfortable. The house is super nice and updated and didn’t have a problem finding everything. It’s connected to some smart commands which were fun to use and we had instructions for those as well. The back yard and pool area are beautiful! 😍 Forget the hotel! You get your own private oasis here! We didn’t BBQ but saw that we could. Will have to come back for that. It’s about a 10 min uber ride to the strip but so many local places to enjoy as well. There are a lot of stores, Walmart etc across the street but my favorite spot to stop and get coffee was Dutch bros. So glad I booked this rather than a hotel! Perfect for big and small groups.

I would stay here again when I go to visit 12 min Drive from the strip . Very nice for the weekend. The Dog didn’t have any issues with us, he did bark but seems friendly .

Very clean space, nice kitchen and living area, great bedroom for 2 people and very nice big shower. Was great for an EDC weekend!

Anthony was so great and responsive! The place was really great, far enough away to get away from all the noise but also close enough to the strip, exactly what we wanted!

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Jessica was a great host. We did have some issues with check in at first, but everything worked out in the end. She was very nice and apologetic for the mishap. The place itself is very safe and clean. We would definitely return here!

Mark is by far the best host I've ever had. The place is immaculate and when I needed an extension for a night, he even lowered the rate and got it done. I will 100% be back. You are the man Mark

This place was perfect, has everything that you might need, and only about 8 minutes from the strip. I extended my stay at the last minute and Yaimy was SO accommodating. Sidebar: There is a speaker built into the lightbulb in the bathroom that was so cool. The place is up to date and so convenient.

This is a beautiful apartment. Everything is high end, very well coordinated and extremely clean. Loved the king bed and the awesome rain shower. There is a little courtyard outside the door that allows you to sit outside and where you can smoke. The location isn't far from the strip. Very quiet and private.

The apartment was in a central area for the places we planned to visit. The gate and enclosure provided privacy as we came in and out. The walk-in closet was a great bonus!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The place was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and located in a great spot—just minutes from the Strip. We felt right at home and will definitely be booking again for our next trip. We went to the celebrate my wife's birthday. She was very skeptical about the place, but once we got there it was just perfect. We asked the front desk if they have a room with a view and they happily provided us an available one they had. The location is simple perfect, it is so close to the Belagio and in the heart of the Strip. I am coming back on Vegas again soon and they will be my first option for my next stay for sure!

Place was easy to find & check into. Staff were helpful & friendly while assisting us with our luggage. There are many great restaurants & casinos within the area that are walkable. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Las Vegas.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

Stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and had a wonderful view. The location was so close to everything and the amenities were fabulous! Would love to stay here again!
