O apartamento é lindo, bem localizado, silencioso (por conta das janelas anti ruído), tem TODAS as facilities que se precisa, roupa de cama, banho e amenities ótimas. Júlia é muito educada e gentil. O apartamento MUITO limpo. E não aquela limpeza superficial que você não pode dizer que não foi limpo mas que você sabe que também não foi bem limpo. O apartamento da Júlia estava REALMENTE limpo. Com certeza voltarei.

One of the best places I have stayed in! Absolutely gorgeous! There was excellent communication throughout, and my partner and I had such a a lovely time. We will certainly be back :)

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

Ficamos hospedados nesse Airbnb e a experiência foi incrível! O espaço é super aconchegante, moderno, bem decorado e tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é excelente — pertinho da praia, com ótimas opções de bares e restaurantes por perto. Com certeza voltaremos e já estamos de olho em novas datas para reservar!

Mônica and her son Vinicius were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was smooth, the residential building felt safe, and the neighborhood has a great local vibe. The apartment's highlight is definitely the terrace with incredible views over Botafogo, Sugarloaf, and Christ. Having the jacuzzi and enjoying the sunset with a view was also nice. The kitchen worked well, but could use a few more appliances, and the bed and sofa are not the most comfortable, so keep in mind if that's important to you. Other than that, this place is perfect for a week-long stay!

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. We had a wonderful time in Rio and the accommodation was key to that. Thanks Paulo!!! We already want to be back😍

Wow, this place was heavenly! Truly a respite inside the city with such unique and beautiful design. The pool was so special to have and the beds extremely comfortable. The outdoor showers just pushed it over the top, we loved our stay so much! One thing to note is that this place is not self check in/ out. You are dependent on meeting up with someone at a specified time to get access into the home or to leave the keys at the end of your stay. I wasn’t sent any check out instructions proactively and had to reach out to ask what to do with the keys / how to leave the place. Other important notes is that there is no grocery store any where in the vicinity. We got by with what we could find at convenience stores but I would strongly recommend coming with food. Lastly the hill up to the house is super steep so you’ll get your exercise but the restaurant Bonde Boca down the hill is SO worth it! We went twice!

O apartamento é lindo, tem uma vista PERFEITA! Estava muito cheiroso, limpinho… roupas de cama e banho muito boas! O atendimento foi excelente, tive alguns contratempos pessoais e o Evandro foi extremamente compreensivo, uma pessoa super fácil de lidar, entrada e saída foram tranquilas, sem excesso de exigências! Indico 100% e quando precisar, é lá que eu vou ficar de novo!

This was my second time staying here. It’s truly a great location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Walking to Ipanema beach takes less than 5 minutes.

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

Everything absolutely terrific and Rodrigo was great. Highly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement d'Olivier, et que dire à part que nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Olivier est d'une sympathie inégalable, très réactif et prévoyant. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une super boulangerie juste en bas, et surtout à proximité de la plage de Copacabana (environ 5 min à pied). Le quartier possède beaucoup de commerces, vous ne manquerez de rien. L'appartement en lui-même est magnifiquement bien décoré, et chaque décoration nous raconte une histoire. L'appartement était très propre et tout est déjà fourni (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, fer à repasser. bonus : climatisation ). Dernier point : la vue est à couper le souffle. Les maisons en face s'éclairent à la tombée de la nuit, et on a également un aperçu sur la mer. Nous sommes tristes d'être rentrées, mais très contentes d'avoir vécu cette magnifique expérience.Nous étions toutes d’accord pour dire qu’il est impossible de trouver un meilleur Airbnb. N’hésitez pas une seconde !

Magnifique endroit ! Petit paradis caché, avec tout confort ! Barbecue où j'ai pu cuisiner de la bonne viande, four à pizzas (bois fourni). Essayez de faire votre pâte et réchauffez leur pain à l'ail (rayon frais). Supermarchés accessibles (à pied à l'aller, prenez un taxi au retour). Excellente sono et wifi (le mieux est d'avoir un service streaming pour écouter la bossa nova en continue ;). Le vendredi et samedi apres midi et/ou soir il y a une fête samba à proximité (mais on a seulement entendu l'ambiance d'en haut). Ricardo parle excellemment bien le français, et Cris l'anglais. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils (notamment hôpital à Botafogo pour consultation jour et nuit si nécessaire). On a eu droit à des massages fabuleux à domicile, au bord de la belle piscine, par Alix almamassagem (une française vivant à Rio). Bref, séjour inoubliable, merci !!! PS : attention aux vols à l'arraché, ou sous contrainte, où que vous soyez à Rio ! (ne portez pas de bijoux, cachez vos portables).

Apartamento excelente. Fácil acesso e muito bem localizado. Superou as expectativas! Área de lazer completa também. Piscina aquecida, sauna, hidromassagem… Espaço para o qual gostaria de voltar outras vezes certamente!

Debería poder dejarse 6 estrellas de calificación. El depto de Romeu es un 11/10, supera por demás cualquier expectativa. Depto remodelado a nuevo, con equipamiento completísimo (por ej, con toallas, sillas, sombrilla y heladera de playa), todo impecable, funcional, vista inmejorable, condominio y ubicación perfectos (justo en frente hay un supermercado y justo abajo, un restaurant de cocina internacional de primera, a dos cuadras: farmacias, estación de servicio, panadería, etc), la playa en posto 7 es una de las mejores y más tranquilas de Barra. En fin, inmejorable por donde se lo mire, muchas gracias Romeu y hasta la próxima (que sin duda habrá próxima).

La estadía en lo de eliane fue impecable ! El depto es cómodo , amplio , súper limpio y está por demás equipado . La anfitriona te recibe en persona , se mostró súper servicial y afectuosa , nos llevó al supermercado al llegar para tener comida , porque llegamos tarde , cansados y con niños ! Respondió a todas las consultas con rapidez y nos ofreció muchas recomendaciones por la Zona que es muy tranquila y lindo para caminar . Sin duda volveremos ! El departamento de Maria, más que un Airbnb es un hogar. Ubicación: 10/10 Frente a la playa y al Posto 1. Calle segura, bien iluminada a la noche. A pocas cuadras de la rua Olegário Maciel, dónde están todos los restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Es ideal para ir caminando a la noche. Edificio/condominio: tiene seguridad y gimnasio 24/7, los empleados son muy cordiales, pileta y jacuzzi, todo funciona bien. Departamento: es muy cómodo, dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, cocina impecable llena de utensilios para cocinar m. Las camas/almohadas/sabanas/toallas todo en buen estado. Lo más increíble de este departamento es dormir y despertarte con el sonido de las olas, es mágico. Anfitriona: sin dudas es un valor agregado al departamento, lo dulce y cálida de Maria! Muy atenta nos recibió con chocolates y café y siempre disponible por whatsap. Maria: pasamos unos días increíbles en tu apartamento gracias por tu amorosidad y esperamos volver pronto! Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirte!

El apartamento es increíble, mejor que en las fotos. Muy grande y espacioso, con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Nos gusta cocinar y nos encantó hacerlo en este lugar por la comodidad y por la variedad de utensilios disponibles, desde copas para vino hasta gran cantidad de cacerolas y cubiertos. La vista es inigualable, con la playa y el mar en todas las habitaciones. Dora fue una excelente anfitriona, atenta, cordial y respetuosa. El apartamento está lleno de detalles prácticos y de buen gusto. Recomendamos fuertemente.

O apartamento é perfeito para descansar. Cozinha completa, com máquina de lavar e uma vista impecável! Acesso fácil à praia e piscina interna. O Pedro é muito simpático e se colocou a disposição o tempo todo. Recomendo muito!
