The best Airbnb I have ever been. Couldn’t ask for more, felt like home.

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

Mônica and her son Vinicius were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was smooth, the residential building felt safe, and the neighborhood has a great local vibe. The apartment's highlight is definitely the terrace with incredible views over Botafogo, Sugarloaf, and Christ. Having the jacuzzi and enjoying the sunset with a view was also nice. The kitchen worked well, but could use a few more appliances, and the bed and sofa are not the most comfortable, so keep in mind if that's important to you. Other than that, this place is perfect for a week-long stay!

Wow, this place was heavenly! Truly a respite inside the city with such unique and beautiful design. The pool was so special to have and the beds extremely comfortable. The outdoor showers just pushed it over the top, we loved our stay so much! One thing to note is that this place is not self check in/ out. You are dependent on meeting up with someone at a specified time to get access into the home or to leave the keys at the end of your stay. I wasn’t sent any check out instructions proactively and had to reach out to ask what to do with the keys / how to leave the place. Other important notes is that there is no grocery store any where in the vicinity. We got by with what we could find at convenience stores but I would strongly recommend coming with food. Lastly the hill up to the house is super steep so you’ll get your exercise but the restaurant Bonde Boca down the hill is SO worth it! We went twice!

We love Leon's loft! Super Comfort, a great location and easy to access. We feel super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and it is all very friendly! As it stands in a higher place, we chose to always climb a motorcycle taxi that was calm and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André who is co-host were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The building is very well located and really overlooking the beach of Icaraí. Very organized condominium and easy to access. Super recommend especially for longer-term stay.

This was my second time staying here. It’s truly a great location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Walking to Ipanema beach takes less than 5 minutes.

I and my family love the stay. The view is beautiful, the apartment matches the photos, everything was clean and I was able to do the basic things all on foot. Very good region and it was really worth it.

This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.

Excellent apartment. Easy access and very well located. Exceeded expectations! Complete leisure area as well. Heated pool, sauna, whirlpool… A space I would definitely like to return to!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (e.g. with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant with first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful apartment. It's so nice that you don't want to leave the apartment. Much nicer than in the photos. The balcony is very comfortable and has an unbeatable view. Carmen was very kind. We will definitely come back. I recommend them 100%, to the whole community.

Maria's Departamento, more than an Airbnb is a home. Location: 10/10 In front of the beach and Posto 1. Safe street, well lit at night. A few blocks from the Rua Olegário Maciel, where are all the restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is ideal for walking at night. Building/condominium: it has security and gym 24/7, the employees are very friendly, pool and jacuzzi, everything works well. Apartment: It is very comfortable, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, impeccable kitchen full of cooking utensils m. The beds/pillows/sheets/towels all in good order. The most amazing thing about this apartment is sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, it's magical. Hostess: It is undoubtedly a value added to the apartment, the sweet and warm of Maria! Very attentive she welcomed us with chocolates and coffee and always available on whatsap. Maria: we spent some incredible days in your apartment thank you for your love and we hope to be back soon! We would definitely choose you again!

The apartment is amazing, better than in the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!
