Fresh, airy house. Located 5 minutes from Itacoatiara beach. Local surrounded by a lot of green, making it ideal for families and small groups of friends. Inside the residence is a garage that holds a maximum number of 3 cars, depending on the size. But you can park outside safely without the risk of assault.

The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
