Holiday rentals with beach access in Paquetá Island

The apartment is even better in person than in photos. We were very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pool has incredible views and the bathrooms are spectacular. We've been very happy these days.

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, everything you need during your stay is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of nature. The beach is spectacular. The hosts were great, check-in was super flexible and check-out too, our flight was delayed a few hours on our return and we were able to stay without any problems. Thank you Tathi for everything!! Excellent recommendations for places to have breakfast :D I would definitely go back. If you consider that it is far from everything. It's what we were looking for: peace of mind and security. But for some, it may be far away. You have to get around by car or taxi. We love that feature.

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The best neighbourhood in Rio. Beautiful community. We can't recommend this apartment enough. It was even better than the photos. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The most hospitable hosts. So many local shops, bars and restaurants all in a few minutes walk away and we were literally minutes away from the local beach.

The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. In addition, in the few doubts we had we were promptly answered by hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we have spent.

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

The stay was great ! The house is well located, in a quiet location and close to the beach and Itaipuaçu shops. Impeccable cleanliness, pleasant pool and Lilian is an excellent host. Matches the ad!

Wonderful stay – ideal for families with children and groups of friends! Our experience was simply spotless! The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms that perfectly accommodated our family, which included a 5-year-old child, full of energy. For those traveling with children, the place is excellent: safe, with plenty of room to play, plus bicycles available. The outdoor area is a real highlight — the barbecue is great for socializing and the heated pool guaranteed fun even on the coldest day. Another point we loved was the variety of board games available, perfect for group leisure time and for entertaining the children during rest times. The house provides both fun and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and recharging.

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and bedding. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than 5 minutes' drive from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well all the time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that in principle I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The apartment is amazing, new, beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It even makes you want to live in it rs. The location is amazing, close to the beach and with great restaurants around. Gilmar is a very kind host, the porter was also very kind to help us with our bags. I will definitely return at other times.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, identical to the photo, only the building is not up to par, it is very old, there is only one elevator for several people, it is a mission to go up to the apartment
