We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Come and relax in our peaceful, suburban converted double garage, ideally located to the local beach, Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave swimming pool & popular Mount Maunganui Beach & Mercury Baypark. Beach hideaway

Our place is close to the beach (2 minutes walk), public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre. It is a fully self-contained unit which is part of our house, with its own entrance and private driveway and backyard with BBQ. You’ll love it because of the location and privacy. It is suitable for couples, or possibly a family with one child and a baby. In the lounge we have a day bed similar size to a small single bed. We also have a portacot for a baby if needed.

If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Welcome to our holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A double studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom, a mini kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Our home is located in a quiet subdivision only a 4-minute drive to our stunning Papamoa beach. Restaurants, bars and cafes are all located a short distance away at Papamoa Fashion Island. The very popular Bay Fair shopping centre and Mt Maunganui which include hot pools, Cinemas and cafés are also all in a short drive. Popular walking and cycling tracks are located locally which include Mt Maunganui, Papamoa Hills and Papamoa to Paengaroa cycleway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just a stones throw from the beach. The unit is located under the main house and has been recently renovated. In the unit is a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a large new bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. All appliances and linens are new. Directly across the road is access to the beach and its just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and resturants.

Two minute walk to the beach or a short stroll to a cafe, dairy, takeaways and patrolled swimming area. Mount Main Street or Bayfair are also only a few minutes drive away. Spacious private suite in top location in centre of Papamoa and the main beach. One minute drive to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and Fashion Island. Plenty of walkways to the main Papamoa beach and back. Situated in quiet street with no through traffic. Men's and ladies bikes available for use. We are not dog friendly as we have guests with allergies and we prefer to be fur-free.
